- Student Driver’s License application
- Replace lost or damaged driver’s license
- Replace or lost license plate
- Renew Driver’s License – Although there is an online renewal of driver’s license through LTMS, you may still need to proceed to the office to pick up your license.
- Renew Car Registration – It is necessary that you register your vehicle on time together with smoke emission test results.
- Verify and Pay Penalties – If you have existing traffic violations, you may inquire about how you can pay it through the office.

LTO Accredited Medical Clinics
LTO has accredited medical exam centers and driving school where you may have the test. In our experience, the clinics can process faster transactions because they have a connected database with LTO, making it easier for the applicant to have updated records.
If you are still in the first stage of licensing, you may want to enroll in an LTO accredited driving school. This way, you have assurance that you are receiving lessons, both practical and theoretical, the LTO way.
Not sure what program to take? Depending on your status and the license for application, here are the available courses that you can take:
- TDC or Theoretical Driving Course
- PDC or Practical Driving Course
