Branches open on Saturdays may have an office hour from 8AM to 5PM. However, this may change depending on the directives of the main office.
Things To Do
Going to an LTO office means you need to complete a transaction. Depending on your mission, you may process the following:
- Student Driver’s License application
- Replace lost or damaged driver’s license
- Replace or lost license plate
- Renew Driver’s License – Although there is an online renewal of driver’s license through LTMS, you may still need to proceed to the office to pick up your license.
- Renew Car Registration – It is necessary that you register your vehicle on time together with smoke emission test results.
- Verify and Pay Penalties – If you have existing traffic violations, you may inquire about how you can pay it through the office.

Since you need to have a medical test and exam before you can renew your driver’s license, you need to know where you can avail the service. LTO has accredited medical exam centers and driving school where you may have the test.
